Information you provide
The contact form asks for your name and email address, and lets you provide a phone number, an area of interest, and a message. The appraisal request form asks for your name, email address, and property address. It also lets you provide a phone number, property type, appraisal purpose, desired timeline, client type, and additional details.
If you submit a form, the information in it is sent to us by email. Please include only information relevant to your inquiry.
How we use information
We use form information to respond to your inquiry, follow up about the real estate or appraisal services you requested, and communicate with you about that request. We also process the connecting IP address to limit automated or abusive form submissions. The rate limiter uses a shared limit of five submissions per IP address in fifteen minutes; form message and property details are not sent to the rate limiter.
Service providers
Our website is hosted on Vercel. Form requests are handled by the website and delivered by Resend to my Gmail account. The information you submit is included in that email. Vercel, Resend, and Google may process information and technical request data as needed to provide their services, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
We use Upstash Redis to support form abuse prevention. The client IP address is used as the rate-limit identifier; form contents are not sent to Redis. Upstash processes that identifier and rate-limit state to apply the submission limit, subject to Upstash's terms and privacy practices.
The site uses Cormorant Garamond and DM Sans through Next.js font tooling. Font files are optimized and served with the website rather than loaded from a Google Fonts URL in each visitor's browser.
Cookies, analytics, and technical data
The website application does not currently implement analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or application-level cookie tracking. Its code does not set cookies for analytics or advertising. Vercel or other service providers may process technical information, such as request data, to host, secure, and operate their services. Their project settings and privacy practices govern that processing.
Retention and security
The website does not store form submissions in an application database or define an automatic deletion period for inquiry emails. Inquiry emails are retained in my Gmail account until I manually delete them; this website does not apply a fixed retention period or automatically delete those emails. The website uses server-side validation, request-size limits, honeypot fields, and IP-based rate limiting to help protect its forms. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your privacy choices
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to exercise other privacy choices.
